Badoit, Perrier, San Pellegrino: History Of Three Old Brand Names

Perrier
Green glass bottles, half-round label and this refreshing taste! Who does not know Perrier today? It “lives” in many homes, restaurants and cafes around the world is a number 1 sparkling water. With its sales of almost 1 billion of bottles in more than 140 countries annually - Perrier is definitely a leader on the market in its category and a top- of -mind brand.
The geological source of Perrier mineral sparkling water – Vergeze (based in France) – dates back over 100 million years. Beautiful legends and true facts mentioning such renowned people as Hannibal and Napoleon III mix into a very interesting and romantic history of Perrier. The market history of Perrier as a product started in 1903, when the British aristocrat Sir St.-John Harmsworth invested his funds in the property and started capturing the precious mineral water into bottles. He named the water “Perrier” –after the doctor Perrier (the former owner of the source) who drove his attention to the useful qualities of the water.

Perrier brand is proud of its long history and the purity and uniqueness of the sparkling mineral water source.

There is a curious story about the design of the Perrier bottle: Sir St.John Harmsworth was recovering from an injury exercising with special wooden clubs; so these wooden clubs which seemed very comfortable for him - inspired the shape and design of the bottle which has been famous for more than 100 years.

Today Perrier belongs to Nestle Corporation and is one of its water brands. It is produced plain or flavoured and is packaged in bottles and cans.

“The ultimate refreshment to quench all thirsts. The strength of Perrier's bubbles has conquered the world.” Perrier sparkling water describes itself as an aperitif or a perfect non-alcoholic social beverage: “Elegant, sparkling, refreshing, with just a hint of zaziness...Perrier is unique” And it’s difficult to disagree, so charmingly right seems the description.

San Pellegrino

In 1899, the S.Pellegrino sparkling mineral water was launched by the Società Anonima delle Terme di San Pellegrino in a small village of San Pellegrino near Bergamo. In 1999, the Italian company San Pellegrino became part of Nestlé Waters and is now distributed over 120 countries. Over 500 million bottles of S.Pellegrino sparkling water are sold all over the world in 2005.

We recognize the iconic green glass bottle, sophisticated, elegant and traditional with its Red Star and blue writing on a light blue background label, a symbol of a premium good. These are all important emblems connecting the brand to its heritage and values.

S.Pellegrino is one of the world’s best known Italian sparkling water. With its origins, culture, tradition and relationship with Italy, San Pellegrino represents the quintessence of Italian lifestyle and good taste, thus gracing the world’s finest dining tables.

To celebrate special occasions, the iconic label changes its looks with exceptional limited-edition labels. For example, in 2011, San Pellegrino limited edition bottle was a beautiful Bulgari label on the bottle: "S. Pellegrino sparkles with Bulgari ».

Badoit
The water Badoit finds its spring at Saint-Galmier, in the south of France. First of all prescribed by local doctors, in particular for its "exhilarious" virtues, the natural mineral water will be commercialized in bottle from 1841 by Auguste Badoit to the detriment of the balneology.

Cheerfulness, joy of living, lightness and conviviality are thus naturally associated with the brand name and later, embodied through its various advertising campaigns. In 1890, the fame of Badoit widens, in particular through the insertion of advertisements in the newspapers of big French cities. Very early, Badoit is anchored in the catering universe, since it was also selling in restaurants. Between 1858 and 1958, the production of bottles increased from 1,5 millions to 37 millions a year.

In 1970, Badoit, freshly merged with the company of mineral Waters of Evian, was bought back by BSN Group, known as Danone today. Throughout the decades, Badoit diversifies, the format of its bottles evolves and its relation with the catering sector becomes intensified. Today, Badoit positions as an important brand name within the sparkling water market which accompanies French people's meal for more than two centuries.

and i m sell online vodka Buy SAN PELLEGRINO BRAND , SMIRNOFF VODKA

You Didn't Know About San Pellegrino - they are good with vodka ... San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa (Blood Orange)
Calcium, chloride, fluorine, lithium, magnesium, nitrogen, potassium, silicon, sodium and strontium are just a few of the most prevalent minerals found in S.Pellegrino water. The minerals are the result of the water's 30-year journey around the rocks inside the Alps. The water is so mineral heavy, that if you drank it in its purest version the aftertaste would be a bit milky, but with the addition of the CO2, that milkiness disappears completely and you're left with a crisp finish.
